Dr. Roshan Lal Behl and Dr. Manisha Gupta have been re-appointed as Independent Directors of Oswal Leasing Limited. Roshan Lal has more than 39 years of experience in teaching. He has also served as Director of Ludhiana Stock Exchange from 2012-2014.
