Oswal Leasing re-appoints Roshan Lal Behl, Manisha Gupta as Ind Directors

Roshan Lal Behl and Manisha Gupta have been re-appointed as Independent Directors of Oswal Leasing Limited. Behl has been re-appointed for a second term of five years with effect from August 12, 2026.
