Outsourced & Contractual staff to be paid during lockdown

Department of Expenditure has clarified that wherever any contractual, outsourced and casual staff are engaged but were required to stay at home during lockdown, they shall be treated as "on duty" during such period of absence and necessary pay/wages would be paid accordingly to them.
