They are: A K Patnaik, Ajay Kashyap, Prabhat Singh and Sachhinanand Srivastava (UT), K P Singh (Haryana), Sanjay Kumar (HP), A M Prasad (Karnataka), Lok Nath Behera and Rishi Raj Singh (Kerala), S K Jaiswal (Maharashtra), K B Singh (Odisha), O P Galhotra (Rajasthan), J K Tripathi (TamilNadu), H C Awasthi and Arun Kumar (UP) and M H S Verma (West Bengal). Three officers of MP Cadre M R Krishna, V K Lal and Mahan Bharat Sagar and L M Khaude (Manipur ) and Virendra are likely to be given equivalent rank.
