P C Ray appointed Professor, IGNFA, Dehradun
Prabhash Chandra Ray has been appointed to the post of Professor, Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy (IGNFA), Dehradun, on deputation basis under Central Staffing Scheme of Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (CSS-MoEF&CC). He is a 1993 batch IFS officer of Karnataka cadre.
