P Hemalatha appointed as Additional Secretary, DoPT UPDATED

Ms P Hemalatha, IAS (Karnataka: 2000), Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone, Department of Commerce, has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions by temporarily upgrading a vacant post of Joint Secretary in the Department.
