A vacancy of Managing Director in Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) is set to arise on November 1 with the retirement of present incumbent P Padmanabhan on October 31, 2017. Saumendra Kumar Barua, Director (Finance), NRL, has been selected for this post, but his appointment may get delayed.
