Panchayati Raj got Secretary after one year

Ministry of Panchayati Raj has got the Secretary after one year. J S Mathur retired in January 2018. Since then there was no regular Secretary and Secretary RD was holding additional charge. Rahul Bhatnagar has been appointed regular Secretary on Wednesday.
