Panda appointed JGM (S&T), RVNL

Rajendra Kumar Panda, Deputy Chief Vigilance Officer (Dy. CVO), Signal & Telecommunication (S&T), East Coast Railway (ECoR), has been selected for deputation to Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) for the posted Joint General Manager (S&T) on Sambalpur for a period up to the date of his superannuation on May 31, 2026. He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
