Pankaj, Special Secretary to Government, Haryana, Finance Department, CEO, Haryana Parivar Suraksha Nyas and Director, Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management, will also hold charge of Director and Special Secretary, Development & Panchayats, Haryana, in addition to his present duties during the leave period of Dusmanta Kumar Behera. Pankaj is a 2009 batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre.
