Parab Infra Limited: 5 directors step down

Five directors have resigned as directors from the Board of Parab Infra Limited. The list of directors who stepped down include Shakil Ahmed Gulam Bilali, Khushboo Lalit Parkar, Sanjay Narayan Yadav, Prapti Prasad Bagwe, and Siddesh Sanjay Jadhav. Besides, Rita Thapa and Kuldeep Sharma have been appointed as Director and Independent Director of the company.
