Param Shiv, who is presently working as Inspector General-cum-Principal Chief Security Commissioner (IG-cum-PCSC) in Eastern Railway (ER), has been transferred to Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) and posted as IG-cum-PCSC. He is an Indian Railway Protection Force Service (IRPFS) officer.
