Pawan Kumar appointed as Joint Secretary, NRCD UPDATED

Pawan Kumar, IRS (C&IT) (2005), has been appointed as Joint Secretary, National River Conservation Directorate (NRCD), under the Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, for a tenure of five years.
