PDIL’s 42nd Annual General Meeting held

42nd  Annual General Meeting (AGM)  of Projects & Development India Ltd (PDIL), a Mini Ratna Category-I Engineering-Consultancy PSU under Department of Fertilizers (DOF), Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India, was held on 28th December,2020 at Department of Fertilizers,  Shastri Bhawan New Delhi under chairmanship of Sh Partha Sarthi Sen Sharma (IAS), CMD PDIL who in his Chairman’s speech stated that PDIL achieved highest ever Profit before Tax (PBT) of Rs 45.85 crore, highest ever Profit after Tax (PAT) of Rs 31.83 crore,  highest  ever Turnover of Rs 142.16crore and highest ever Revenue from Operations of Rs 133.01 crore. PDIL declared Dividend of Rs 9.55 crore to Govt. of India during FY 2019-20.  PDIL is presently executing prestigious mega Ammonia-Urea Fertilizer Projects of National importance of  M/s Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Ltd (HURL) at Gorakhpur (UP), Sindri (Jharkhand), Barauni (Bihar) and  Talcher Fertiliser Project of M/s Talcher Fertilisers Ltd (TFL) at Talcher (Odisha) leading to fulfillment of cherished “Atamnirbhar Bharat” vision of Hon’ble PM Sh Narendra Modiji.  PDIL is also executing many other Projects/Work Orders in Fertilizers and Non-Fertilizers Sector.
