Performance driven compensation must be same for all PSBs: BBB

The Banks Board Bureau in its March 2018 report has recommended that since Public Sector Banks (PSBs) operate in the same sector, the design of compensation based on performance should be similar across all PSBs. This will ensure consistency in adoption and at the same time ensure differentiation in compensation based on performance and paying capacity of each PSB.
