Performance of top PSB employees be linked to performance of Bank: BBB

The Banks Board Bureau (BBB) in its March 2018 report has recommended that to ensure individual performance is reasonably well aligned to the performance of the Public Sector Bank, the individual performance of employees at higher responsibilities should be increasingly linked to the performance of the PSB. This linkage would also facilitate decision making for extending the tenure/ reappointment/ termination of services of an incumbent Director.
