PFC Transfers SPV To PGCIL
Power Finance Corporation (PFC), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Power, transferred Mandsaur I RE Transmission Ltd. (a Special Purpose Vehicle or SPV) to Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (PGCIL, a Maharatna PSU) for ₹7.29 crore under the Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) frame
Power Finance Corporation (PFC), a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Power, transferred Mandsaur I RE Transmission Ltd. (a Special Purpose Vehicle or SPV) to Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (PGCIL, a Maharatna PSU) for ₹7.29 crore under the Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) framework. The SPV was established for augmenting transformation capacity and line bay implementation at Mandsaur substation. This operational transfer strengthens PGCIL’s renewable energy transmission network.
