Photo division, losing its shine

Once in most demand, now no taker for the photo division the unit is facing a bunch of problems, including staff problems. Except for a few, most of the government departments have stopped calling photo division photographers. They are not being called by the president house because it has its own camera persons. Only Vice President House is availing the services of the division. Since many govt institutions are not taking their services, it is facing an archive crisis. Earlier, the division was a unit of MIB but a few years ago it became a unit of PIB. An ADG level officer is in charge of photo division.
