PM Sikdar appointed OSD, NCR
PM Sikdar, who is presently working as Principal Chief Signal and Telecommunication Engineer (PCSTE), has been transferred to North Central Railway (NCR) along with the post and posted as Officer on Special Duty (OSD). He is an Indian Railways Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
