PM to flag off Vikasit Bharat Sankalp Yatra from Jharkhand

The much publicised Vikasit Bharat Sankapl Yatra will start from November 15. PM Modi will flag off the Yatra from Ulihatu in Jharkhand. This is the birthplace of Tribal icon Bhagwan Birsa Munda. In the first phase 118 IEC Vans will go to around 70 tribal districts across the country. All vans will be manned by a Nodal Officer, earlier named as Rath Prabharis. November 15 will be celebrated as Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas.
