PMO is without a regular Secretary
The all powerful PMO is without a regular Secretary for the last one year. Bhaskar Khulbe retired last year in October as the Secretary from the PMO. Since then no regular Secretary has been posted though Khulbe has again been appointed on Contract as Consultant in the PMO. He is a 1983 batch West B
