Two IAS officers of 1987 batch who served in the PMO during Manmohan Singh’s regime have been empanelled to the rank of Additional Secretary in the Government of India. They are B V R Subrahmanyam of Chhattisgarh cadre and Vini Mahajan of Punjab cadre.
