PN Prasad assumes office as Shareholder Director, BOI

PN Prasad has assumed office as Shareholder Director of Bank of India. Prasad had earlier superannuated from the post of Deputy Managing Director of State Bank of India. Meanwhile, two shareholder directors – D Sarkar and D Harish – of the bank have demitted office on completion of their
