POCL Enterprises Ltd re-appoint Sunil Kumar Bansal, Devakar Bansal as MDs

Sunil Kumar Bansal and Devakar Bansal have been re-appointed as Managing Directors of POCL Enterprises Limited, effective April 1, 2027. Meanwhile, Harsh Bansal and Amber Bansal have been re-appointed as Whole-time Directors, effective June 1, 2027. The company has also re-appointed Shyam Sunder Tikmani as an Independent Director, commencing from 29, 2026.
