If sources are to be believed, in Congress only Rahul Gandhi has reportedly been authorised to make announcement regarding party's policy decisions. Latest example is his announcement related to seat sharing, alliances and poll predictions. Though Kharge is the president but is not making any announcement Rahul Gandhi is giving poll guarantees also.
