Will Rajnikant Party be Team -B of BJP ?

Politics in Tamil Nadu is bound to take new twist. Though Rajnikant is yet to announce the name of his new political party but, according to sources , it will be a team-B of BJP and in due course it will merge with BJP.

Disintegration of political parties in TN starts

The prediction in this website that some political parties in TN  are bound to split, is going to be correct as disintegration has started. As soon as Rajnikant announces his new political party, many leaders from DMK and AIADMK are likely to join him. TTK Dinakaran, newly elected MLA from R K Nagar, has already announced to form his new party. He will also attract leaders from AIADMK.

Smart City...

Taking a flight to Mumbai but all flights are delayed. New Year Cheer prevents many from cribbing. Seated in the Lounge next to me is someone who looks and behaves every bit like a Technocrat. We introduce ourselves and turns out his field of expertise is Smart Cities and Real Estate.

Me: So you can throw some light on RaGa's barb on Smart Cities..he cited China's advances  in Smart Cities and gave Ninghbo as an example and said India's progress was woeful.

Technocrat: Backbone of a Smart City is the Network Layer... Electricity.. Telecommunication ...Internet Network...Tech Ready physical infra... roads.. healthcare..highways ...municipality!

M: Yes...

T: From 1991 to 2014 in India these were ignored... whereas China was investing in a big way...spending 8.5% of its GDP on infra... in comparision we were spending a paltry 3%..MMS ji's one term as FM and 2 years as PM responsible for this lag..

M: We know the mindset of Congress...they were in appeasement mode and earmarking funds for appeasement..

T: Infra spend in China is done by the State... here significant portion comes from Private Investment ...

M: And Private Investment will come as per the priorities and policies of the Government..

T: Now coming to RaGa's fav example ... Ninghbo...fact is when Chinese were busy building Ninghbo into a Smart City....at the very same time in India ...UPA 2 was busy allegedly scamming...

M: So once again just a Jumla allegation from RaGa...

T: He does not know what is the concept of Smart Cities... Greenfield and Existing Cities ...the efforts needed are double in Existing Cities... where Social and Infra have to be upgraded....as usual RaGa will shoot and scoot...

M: Because of his handicap he won't debate....in the real sense ..even if someone is tweeting for him ..if he were a Leader he  would expound on the Tweet in Speeches and Debates!! What's your opinion on the Real Estate Market..

T: 15 year cycle... this time the rise will be calibrated... and not to the extent as prices rose in previous  cycles...speculation in Real Estate is petering out... buying is becoming User Based...

M: I hear Builders still circumventing GST..

T: Yes.... until the E Way Bill is not implemented strictly this will go on....there are Truckers today who for Freight plus Risk Charge will ferry No. 2 material from Manufacturer to Builder!!

M: Why even Dealers offer with and without GST... I just had this experience when I bought Molded Plastic Garden Chairs..

T: The success of GST is it not being porous....achchaa... just read about Muslim Ladies being allowed to perform Haj unaccompanied...

M: Yup... above 45 years...have to be in a group... and now do not require permission from Father.. Brother or Hubby..

T: Why not below 45..

M: Saudis refusing to allow this....I hear there are already 1300 applications from Women above 45 years... they won't even have to go via the Lottery system..

T: First Triple Talaq and now this Haj exemption...the Mullahs are going to be livid...

M: Mullahs are Fathers too....

T: But fact is even if they start to accept the change... there's Congress and other Parties who sprinkle oil on the reducing embers to light up the fire again..

M: When the Opposition becomes a troublemaker rest assured Democracy has beem derailed...
