New Rahul Team –not easy

New Congress President Rahul Gandhi is finding it difficult to form his new team in a vast country like India. He is just collecting information about the mass based leaders. He knows his life is a trial and error.

Chhattisgarh- 14 years of trailblazing development under Dr, Raman Singh

Not only Chhattisgarh had been on an aggressive development trajectory for the past 14 years. the vision of State Chief Minister Raman Singh has also helped the state achieve many milestones in all sectors. The Chief Minister’s efforts have put the State on global map of rapidly developing State.

The State, due to the unstinted efforts of the Chief Minister has transitioned from being an Agrarian State to one of the most rapidly developing states in infrastructure development while making tremendous progress in all other fields. Many Chhattisgarh’s development models are now even imbibed by other States.

Some of the key achievements of the State during the long and successful ongoing tenure of Raman Singh include - huge jump in Agri produce arrivals, end of Inspector Raj, establishment of 14,976 micro and small and medium units with an investment of Rs 3,77,130 crore providing direct employment to around 1.50 lakh persons.

During the last 14 years, 1,123 investors submitted IEMs worth Rs 13.34 lakh crore making Chhattisgarh second in the country to have drawn such level of investor interest.

Retirement Wapsi

I'm still in Manama and today I meet my friend who is a Journo ....we meet at Starbucks located in a well known Mall. Over Cappuccinos and Carrot Cake slices we get chatting.

Me: So Mevani and Gang's Delhi Rally was a flop show.

Journo Friend: Attendance was a shameful 300...200 JNU students... 70 Journos and 30 pickpockets...

M: Pickpockets???

JF: Yes I hear there were complaints from a few attendees that their pockets were picked....5 Mobiles and 3 Wallets....many more would have gone unreported!!

M: Same old slogans.... and now Mewani is positioning himself as a Youth Leader... discarded the Dalit tag...

JF: And Congress creating hype that he won Vaadnagar seat with a huge margin... frankly it was a Congress seat and Congress did not  put up its own candidate....lent Mewani support!!

M: But this guy really has a violent streak in him...

JF: Limited shelf life..... very soon he will be a Khaniya Kumar waiting for the next flash in the pan to latch on to!

M: Yogi giving it to Siddharamiah (Siddha)...

JF: He's the CM of a humungous State and has given relief to the State from the Goonda Raj that afflicted UP...no lynchings despite it being a volatile State..

M: Whereas in Karnataka quite a few lynchings have taken place ... all Hindus!!

M: So Laloo's 2 loyalists surrendered to the Cops a few hours before Laloo was jailed...one on charge of stealing and the other of beating his neighbour..

JF: And the Jail Authorities dutifully assigned both as Sahayaks for Laloo in Jail..

M: This is Laloo... expect anything from him...if Misa's and Tejaswi's cases are put on fast track both can do Sewa of their Dad in jail..

JF: Next verdict later this month... so Laloo might as well make himself comfy in jail...

M: Jabh takh rahe ga samose mein batata (aloo)... Jail ko nahi boll sakke ga Laloo ta-ta!!

JF: Yes andhar bahar lagga rahe ga abh!!

M: The LGBT lot want acceptance!!

JF: The old way was better... they went about their relationships quitely in total privacy... no Public display of affection...

M: Nowadays they have this penchant to dress up like Clowns and display their affections in Public... arre we are a conservative Nation... how many straight couples do you see expressing their love in Public!!

JF: World Bank has predicted great things for Indian Economy...WB has opined....India has great potential under a ambitious Government that's undertaking reforms..

M: Maybe now MMS ji will  resign from being a World Bank retiree....Retirement Wapsi...

We have a good laugh... pay the tab and move out....
