Anna Hazare to launch agitation in Delhi ?

Anna Hazare is going to start agitation against corruption in Delhi. But  people are asking one question- this time who is going to finance his agitation in Delhi ?

Chhattisgarh- 14 years of trailblazing development under Dr, Raman Singh

Not only Chhattisgarh had been on an aggressive development trajectory for the past 14 years. the vision of State Chief Minister Raman Singh has also helped the state achieve many milestones in all sectors. The Chief Minister’s efforts have put the State on global map of rapidly developing State.

The State, due to the unstinted efforts of the Chief Minister has transitioned from being an Agrarian State to one of the most rapidly developing states in infrastructure development while making tremendous progress in all other fields. Many Chhattisgarh’s development models are now even imbibed by other States.

Some of the key achievements of the State during the long and successful ongoing tenure of Raman Singh include - huge jump in Agri produce arrivals, end of Inspector Raj, establishment of 14,976 micro and small and medium units with an investment of Rs 3,77,130 crore providing direct employment to around 1.50 lakh persons.

During the last 14 years, 1,123 investors submitted IEMs worth Rs 13.34 lakh crore making Chhattisgarh second in the country to have drawn such level of investor interest.

My Lawyer friend drops in for a Coffee and gupp-shupp. Over Coffee and his, and mine too, favourite Jim Jam and Bourbon biscuits we get chatting.

Lawyer Friend: Real Bombshell in the Legal Faternity.... 4 SC Judges talking to Public via Media.... there is a perception....this too is an Award Wapsi...what to say!!!

Me: How do you say this...

LF: Did they talk to the Law Minister prior to going Public..they could have met the President who appoints them...because these should have been their individual and/or collective step/s before going Public...if they found both did not answer/redress their concerns..then they should have resigned....

M: You mean to say for their concerns the right Forum was first the Minister of Law and/or President..

LF: If its another kind of Award Wapsi that means for them the lines between President ....CJI and Executive blurred ... so they chose going Public..and then those present at the Press Conference were Modi Baiters... like a Journo who from an Editor  is today a nobody and spends his time Tweeting... and a Lawyer who breathes fire the second you take Modi's name!! You should have seen the glee and confidence on their faces!! And then why did one of the Judge's agree to meet a Commie Leader at his home after the Press Conference...big give away!!

M: What can be the reason/s for their step..

LF: Maybe the reinvestigation in 186 1984 Genocide cases.... a Congi Lawyer has already said..  that high time at some time a case should come to rest...or then the Ram Janambhumi case... seems the SC is going to give a Verdict...what they also hinted was ... Bench Fixing...something about Junior Judges getting important cases...  but these Junior Judges have been appointed to SC and are 50+ and have a good 25-30 years legal experience..have had considerable experience as Judges...

M: I'd like to tell the Congi Lawyer...Justice has this unique habit that till Justice is not percieved to have been given the case keeps popping up .. take Bofors. What about the Judge who died recently!!

LF: One Judge  said ...it is a matter of concern!! Why are they interested in hearing this Case... this is odd! And why do they doubt the competence of the Judge assigned this case....after all its the responsibility of CJI to decide which Judge hears which case!!

M: And all this comes just when Modi is embarking on a trip to Davos.... after decades an Indian PM going to Davos... he is the Star Speaker at Davos....and will showcase the phenomenal steps this Government has taken... which have made even WB take note and repose faith that India is on the path of progress...

LF: Modi has faced problems from day one... every effort has been made to run him down....to belittle him..to create roadblocks...to the extent of siding with India's enemies ....

M: And what was this talk ... save Judiciary....

LF: If its to be made emotive this was the natural call.... if Judiciary was in Government's control... do you think  2 G lot would  have been absolved...would PC and Marans have been absolved of charges...

M: Now what...

LF: All I can say is ...they spoke to Public... and Public sabh jaanthi hai.... every stunt ...Award Wapsi... Lynchystan....etc... have flopped... and BJP has won election after election... won even Gujarat where it faced 22 years anti incumbency and a rainbow caste alliance... why... because Public knows ...what Modi is doing is making some very powerful people very uncomfortable...its become like a matter of survival for them...

M: From his clothes to his marriage to his policies they've used every ploy to hit at him...

LF: Just recently someone filed an RTI about who pays for his clothes...this is how petty they've got... and the Petitioner got a reply that clothes expenses are from Modi's own pocket!!!

M: Idiots don't realize ...to look smart you don't have to spend a fortune... people like Modi start fashions... they can wear an ordinary shawl and it will be billed as a Louis Vuitton shawl..

LF: Chaiwala becomes PM.... and via his work makes the self acclaimed Pedigreed lot look like chaiwalas...chalo ..time to go!!

M: Ramchandra keh gaye Siya se aisa kalyug aaye ga Judge Public se niyaaye maange ga!!

We have a laugh and I see my friend off at the door.
