Why are Congress seniors not campaigning in Bengal?

In West Bengal not a single senior leader of the Congress-Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Mallikarjuna Kharge have visited to campaign. Mamta Banerjee has given only two seats to Congress in the state and Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary is the only leader who is fighting and campaigning for the Congress.  Is Chowdhary on a shaky wicket?

In West Bengal, Congress is contesting only one or two seats

The state has 42 Lok Sabha seats. The state unit President, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary is fighting the poll for the third time. As per reports, TMC leadership is not fond of him and is trying to defeat him. He is also facing a tough challenge.
