In the recently held by-election of 13 seats in seven states, the INDIA block got 10 seats while BJP won 2, AAP and independent one each. Among 10 INDIA seats Congress won 4 seats, but even party leaders are saying that the INDIA has defeated the BJP. Now the question is why are the Congress leaders giving credit to INDIA block? Has the party lost its relevance?
