Is Modi 3.0 Govt working in 1.0 mode?

More than 50 days have passed but the working style of the Modi 3.0 government is unchanged. Still few Ministers are yet to get their personal staff. Bureaucrats are avoiding meeting the media. Not taking interest to reply to media queries doesn't suit them. It is one way communication from top to bottom. Websites are having very little information, even transfers postings are not put on websites by some ministries. Experts opined that though Narendra Modi has become the PM for the third time with the help of allies, it is clearly visible that the 3.0 Government is still working in 1.0 mode. And because of alleged gag orders, the machinery is not getting current information from the field  and the indifferent attitude is cutting off the ministers from the ground reality. They further said that during the last 10 years many things have changed. Opposition has become strong but PM's 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas' is now limited to only a slogan. The 360 degree formula for selecting senior officers is not effective. It is taking too much time to get the report. And because of this many postheads remain vacant for months. Though 10 years have passed, they could not find a trusted bureaucracy. And that is the reason they are doing duty as a formality.  People are knocking every door for a remedy. Will the PM tighten the loose screw to get feed from the ground?

INDIA bloc not against Ambani, Adani-except Rahul
