Political observers believe thatBJP and the Apani Party headed by Altaf Bukhari  will join hands in the J & K Vidhan Sabha elections. On the other hand it is the Congress and the National Conference   have entered on an electoral pact.

Who can revive the almost dead Congress in Madhya Pradesh ? A quick survey  from Congressmen mentioned only KamalNath.s name. They  said that Nath had been CM and State Congress President  for long  with large following and big resources .Before the Congress goes the Bihar and UP way the Central leadership should take  decision   for revivel of the Party.
