All is well between RSS and Modi Government!!

BJP President J P Nadda is attending the three-day RSS Coordination  meeting  being held in Kerala. Earlier, there were reports that the RSS had asked not to send Nadda in the meeting. This is a clear indication that now all is well between the RSS and the Modi Government.

Congress dampens dreams of two senior party leaders in Haryana

The Congress central leadership has dampened the dreams of Haryana senior Congress leaders - Kumari Selja and Randeep Surjewala to enter state Vidhan Sabha, at least for now. Kumari Selja is Lok Sabha member from Sirsa while Surjewala is a Rajya Sabha member. “Nobody - both from the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha - will be given permission to contest,” said Deepak Babaria, the AICC in-charge for Haryana, at the party’s screening committee. The meeting was headed by Ajay Maken and had met in the national capital to discuss potential names for Haryana’s 90 Assembly seats undergoing election on October 1. Both the leaders had expressed keen desire to contest Vidhan Sabha elections. Babaria added that the party wants the MPs to focus on campaigning in Haryana and not on contesting the state polls.
