The Narendra Modi Government appears to have given a befitting reply to Congress leader, Rahul Gandhi by appointing yet another Dalit bureaucrat on the apex post of Railways.

After Lok Sabha polls, RSS-BJP leaders meet for first time in UP

A meeting of BJP state unit, government and RSS took place for the first time post the 2024 Lok Sabha results. The objective was to take stock of the situation and ensure better coordination between the government, the party and the cadre - particularly in the Assembly elections to be held in 10 constituencies. The meeting took place under the leadership of RSS Sah Sarkaryawah Arun Kumar where along with Yogi Adityanath, both the deputy chief ministers, state president and state general secretary (oraganisation) were present. Apart from the focus on the by-polls, discussion also took place on the opposition strategy to gain foothold in the OBC and SC community voters. Finally, a decision was taken to launch a counterattack on the opposition highlighting the work done by the double engine government in the state for these communities. Also, the leaders were firm and unanimous that UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will continue to lead the party campaign in upcoming bypolls.
