Himachal issue badly affects Congress performance in Haryana ?

One cannot believe how the Himachal incident can affect Haryana Assembly polls. According to political sources, Himachal Pradesh never faced Hindu-Muslim issues but an alleged illegal Mosque in Sanjauli increased the tension between the two communities. The Congress-led government also failed to take decisive action to defuse the tension and this has become an undercurrent issue in Haryana and, according to them, voters in Haryana, especially urban areas, polarised to teach a lesson to Congress. Himachal is the border state of Haryana.
