My neighbor drops in for a Cuppa. Over Coffee laced with drinking chocolate and Gajar ka Halwa laced with Rabri we get chatting.

Neighbor: I tell you RaGa has totally lost it...screw dheela thayi gayo..

Me: Yes... that has been the perception since he opened his mouth after entering Politics..

N: There is this OBC Scam... Dwarka Das Seth International....Delhi Jeweller... who fled India in 2014 with family.... total ammount involved  390 crores...means thrived during UPA days and transferred money overseas...and ran away when UPA was in power...

M: Lalit... Mallya.... Nirav and this new Scamster on the block..thrived during UPA rule....rest 3 ran away after BJP came to power.... just as they felt the hand of law would reach them....

N: With that type of money and suport from Netas and Officials under whom they thrived was easy-peasy for them to run away...and Raga feels by blaming NDA for UPA's scams he will shift the blame to NDA....

M: Chariya .....and now BJP's Kirat Somaya has asked a question....16th May Modi wins election... and on that very day the then FM asks RBI to clear Nirav and Choksi PNB LOU... on 21st The Rockstar Rajan clears the LOUs...and on 26th May Modi is sworn in...

N: And the LOUs issued in 2017...emboldened by RBI clearence..... and panic as Shetty... the PNB Manager....was retiring .....so what took place in 2017 was mass Kiting.... tacitly in an indirect way covering up for previous Loans via further LOUs and further loans...

M: Seems RaGa's got his dates all muddled up....

N: All these scamsters have second Passports .....like Nirav exited India on a Beligian Passport...they say this Fraudster Seth is in Dubai.... started his Jewellery  business there in all probability....

M: All I can say....hopefully some of these guys will be brought back and atleast two will come back voulatarily.... Nirav and Choksi ...all round pressure on them will work.....Diamond Market already feeling the credit squeeze and doubtful looks by Banks etc..

N: Role models.... for fraudsters.... Lalit... Mallya... Nirav... Seth...for Bullies.... AAP MLAs.... inaction against them will only bolster those who get emboldened by their thriving despite committing huge fraud or a grevious criminal act...

M: Many would say... Rockstar Rajan was blind to Bank scams... just like MMS ji was blind to Harshad's scam..

N: I wonder if this has got anything to do with Congress desperately wanting him for continue as RBI Guv ..

M: And Pawar too is getting desperate... another 5 years of of power would be disastrous.... so hoping against hope he said... Achche Dinn for Congress coming.. says RaGa now grasping issues...

N: As for RaGa they started saying in 2004 he's maturing.... its 2018 and he's stil not matured..

We both shake our heads in agreement and I see my neighbour off at the door.
