Farmers mislead….

I'm at a famous  Dalal Street Eatery... relishing Ussal Pao and South Indian Dahi Vadas.... my school friend who is a Lawyer and a Stock Market Punter joins me.

Me: Tell me one thing if you as a Lawyer solicit business is it a crime...

Friend: With some caveats...No!!

M: Its being said Jaitley's daughter's Legal Firm Jaitley & Bakshi had approached Choksi's Gitanjali in the month of December to represent it..a retainer was signed...

F: So what's  wrong with this....as per my knowledge Nirav and Choksi scam was not out till mid January 2018.... and if FM had some knowledge ....kudos to him for not sharing  info with Daughter... so that no ongoing investigation is jeopardized!!!!

M: Even when some bogus revelations about Amit Shah's son's Business came out.. which proved to be false and the accusers are facing a Defamation case...then too BJP reacted at lightening speed and effectively...honest are known to panic when it comes to their reputation... only crooks take it in their stride..

F: A News Portal Tweeted that they had evidence of a Top Minister discussing money with Choksi..they sent a Questionnaire to Jaitley & Bakshi... but before the article came out RaGa was tweeting about it...

M: So BJP which is sensitive to corruption charges... like in the Jay Shah matter........must  have  gone into hyper-drive because this Portal only targets BJP ... and once Jaitley & Bakshi got the Questionsire BJP took necessary steps..

F: When Choksi guppla came out and he scooted.... Jaitley & Bakshi withdrew ....returned the retainer and rescinded the Contract... Ms. Jaitley I'm sure must have informed her Dad about it.....

M: Had it been UPA and kids of Senior Leaders would have been involved ... first attempts would have been made to stifle....CBI would have been on the job....the accused would never file a defamation case....

F: The News Portal is a BJP and Modi Baiter...and churns out anti BJP and Modi stories everyday... not a word on PC's 20:80 Scheme...clear indication that they are under no pressure from Agencies to stop their anti BJP bias...

M: The problem is Congress cannot get any corruption charge to pin on BJP... so with its Pally Media it tries to invent stuff....

F: The Portal is now not 'Printing' the Story... saying there is not much in the Story.... but when they sent the Questionaire to Jaitley & Bakshi they had said the Story is ready and they'd add  Jaitley & Bakshi's side. If they 'Print' I am sure Jaitley & Bakshi will file a Defamation Suite...I think to save themselves from another Defamation Suite....one already filed by Jay Shah...they are not Printing the story..

M: Yeh toh chalta rahe ga....the Farmer protest is more of a Political Protest... Commies... Congress .... SP.... SS.... MNS...after all someone is funding it.... caps... and banners would cost lacs... food and water for 30,000 will be a hefty tab...

F: Commies must be desperate to show their nuisance value..the rest are trouble makers and one is a trouble maker cum financer....the idea is to send Modi a message ...we can shut down India's financial capital...

M: As for Farmers....already Rabbi has given 1.5 times of Cost and so will Kharif. For jobs... Farmers need to kick Congress in the rear... because had LAB come through.... would have led to huge jobs in Rural India... poor folks have been misled by devious Leaders to march to Mumbai...

F: If you ask me the steps Modi has taken for Agriculture....worrying Opposition... so as usual instigating a lot that historically is difficult to please....

M: Reminds me....if representing someone is a sign of complicity.... shouldn't we make a list of Clients of Congress Lawyers .... what about Singhvi representing Karti....

F: Remember Madam The Unifier feels she judges who is guilty and who is not....
