Both the BJP and the Congress are using 360 degree formula. If the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is using it in the case of bureaucracy, AICC Chief Rahul Gandhi is implementing the same in the party.

Is it an attempt to malign Minister's image?

All is not well in the Ministry of I&B. First, withdrawal of Fake news press note, second, NFDC fiasco in which ministry has to bite the dust and latest is related to National Film Award Function where more than 50 awardees refused to accept awards if it is given by Ms Irani MIB. Power galleries are abuzz that who is behind such incidents or is it an attempt to tarnish Minister's image ?
