Clean Ganga project and Uma Bharti  !

Uma Bharti, Minister of Drinking water and Sanitation, is being given much importance when matter is related to Clean Ganga. Nitin Gadkari, present Minister of Water Resources and Ganga Rejuvenation called her at a PC in Delhi on Thursday and gave her credit to her for various projects related to Clean Ganga.

K'Taka result will decide tone of celebrations

NDA govt is going to complete its fourth year on May 26. How will it be celebrated is yet to be decided. Sources says Karnataka Assembly elections result will decide the tone of celebrations.

Interview not Meeting

My respected friend, retired senior Bureaucrat, is visiting Delhi and we meet at an Iconic Coffee House and over Cold Coffees and Cheese Cutlets we get chatting.

Me: Agreed Sonia is now an Indian... that's another story that she held on to her Italian Citizenship after marrying Rajiv for a bit too long....inordinately  long....

Freind: But what sacrifice did she make... you think if she knew Rajiv was going to get blown up she'd have let him go and get blown up..... it was a personal tragedy...

M: And see the sacrifices this family has made.... sacrificed Unity of India (agreed to partition)... sacrificed POK....sacrificed as in let go POWs in 1971...sacrificed as in butcher 5000 Sikhs in 1984...sacrificed Democracy, Secularism  (made it appeasement), Freedom of Expression and Development ...all for power...Ma'am  even sacrificed living in a private house and lives in a Government House that's bigger than PM's House....

RF: Yup their sacrifices are fit for the Guinness Book of Records...did you see RaGa's PC...

M: 100% choreographed .. questions  from friendly journos .... so questions were as per the syllabus... other Journos were ignored and later RaGa apologized tactfully ...that he could not take all the questions....

RF: He's not improving..... his aides are getting better at handling his shortcomings...one big giveway at this PC was...many local Journos but no one asked a question in Kannada... Amit Shah's PC ...there were many questions in Kannada...

M: Now Congis and its pally Media demanding PM too hold a PC...

RF: He interacts on SM.... then there is Mann ki Baat.... his speeches.... why does he need intermediaries to talk to us ... in fact no PM has communicated with us like he does...

M: And if he holds a PC.... Congi Journos will spend 90% of time asking him about 2002....his personal life...it'll not be a constructive approach but a destructive approach..

RF: And Modi was right when he said Nehru did not meet Bhagat Singh in jail.... he went there to interview them when they were on hunger strike... Goras understood the terminology but sadly many of us don't ....Gandhi did not agree with what Bhagat Singh did.... so even he must have been told its and interview...

RF: Under immense pressure RaGa declared that he will be PM if Congress gets the numbers.... but why doesn't he answer questions Swamy has put to him... which as per Swamy disqualify him to become PM..

M: This is a drama ...he knows technically he can't become PM and also he doesn't have what it takes to be the PM... this announcement  was just to keep his flock together.... he knows Congress getting the numbers is an impossibility  and if by a miracle they do get the numbers someone like MMS will be the PM... RaGa will head NAC... all the power and 0 accountability......

RF: Really RaGa is a boon for BJP..... I think if he were ever to get kidnapped ...BJP would happily dish out the ransom to free him....

We have a good laugh. Pay the tab and move out.
