If any private organisation, House and person want to invite Union Ministers, especially BJP minister, as a Chief Guest in a function, reportedly requires a recommendation letter from RSS.

Cong. ministers more effective than their counterparts in BJP

People say that Congress ministers are more effective and practical than their BJP’ counterparts who are shrouded by their ideological trap.

I'm back in Shimla and I meet my Respected Friend.... retired senior Bureaucrat....at Scandal Point. Seated on a bench with a breathtaking view... over Coffee and Caramel Popcorn..... we get chatting..

Me: What Karnataka Guv has done is as per the 'text book'..

Respected Friend: Absolutely.... I think he gave two weeks so that MLAs could go to their Constituencies and talk to the Constituents...but sadly Congress and JD (S) out of sheer paranoia locked up their MLAs..

M: Yes..... they represent We The People.... how the hell can they decide on their own...when they are in actuality going against the Vote.... like Congress voters voted for a Congress  candidate and not a Congress -- JD (S) combined candidate... humm ko toh gajar mooli samajhthe hai....even SC....our vote toh does not count....once we have cast our vote .......for Party ...MLA... and even SC we are ....aap koun!!

RF: One of the Judges joked about a Tweet.... that the Resort Manager was wanting to represent to Guv that he had numbers to form the Government ... but seems His Honour did not see how undemocratic and anti Voter the locking up of the MLAs was...

M: Sad ...but what Court says has to be accepted....with heads bowed...

RF: Not in the case of Congress.... when they get an unfavourable judgement they doubt the Institution...the Judge/s....of course today they are all praise for the Institution and the Judges...

M: All the negativity that Congress dishes out on unfavourable decisions ....could it be weighing on the Judges minds when they decide..

RF: No ...no..... though ordinary folks like us could  get influenced ......what will people think of me....my Family could face the music because of the negativity if a favourbale verdict is not given to Congress....

M: Sir does BJP have the numbers..

RF: See as the largest Party they had to to take the gamble...they too must have felt that the post result decision to ally between Congress and JD (S) would make quite a few MLAs uncomfy.... angry..

M: And also guessed that the herding around ...distrust... would antagonize some....

RF: Its a gamble they had to take. They owed it to their Voters... who wanted them in power to fullfill their aspirations....if they've  been able to cobble the numbers... Democracy has won... as a post result opportunistic unision has been defeated...if they lose... so be it ...they did their best..

M: And made Congress and JD (S)  spend a few crores ...transporting and storing their MLAs....

RF: Disinformation abounded ... 100 crores being offered..... no proof ...then the fib DGCA not allowing Charter Planes to depart... Charters do not require  any DGCA clearence....

M: And then see the Star battery of Lawyers representing Congress and JD (S)...could their presence have 'impressed' the Judges..

RF: No ...no..... though ordinary people like us would be in awe....

M: Now Congress and RJD planning a drama....

RF: In Goa when Congress should have approached Guv with numbers.... RaGa mucked up.... in Bihar one alliance partner took support of BJP and got majority... now the only test that can take  place  is on floor of House..

M: Congress and RJD doing drama..

RF: KarNataka.. curtains.... on Saturday.....Goa and Bihar....already curtains..... pardhe ke peechche...who cares what they do!! And take it from me... if Kumarswamy becomes CM.... in max 6 months his Government will fall... it'll start from Old Mysore region.... where even today there is heartburn on the Congress JD (U) Alliance...

and then there will be a BJP Government...

We get up stretch ....breathe deeply.....walk to The Mall....
