Non- Performing loans written-off by PS Banks

As per the RBI data, the gross NPAs of PSBs increased by Rs. 6,16,586 crore between March 2015 and March 2018 (provisional data). As per RBI guidelines and policy approved by bank Boards, non-performing loans, including, inter-alia, those in respect of which full provisioning has been made on completion of four years are removed from the balance-sheet of the bank concerned by way of write-off.

My friend who runs a Automobile  Ancillary Unit near Chennai is in Delhi.  We meet at an Iconic CP Coffee Shop and over Grilled Sandwiches and Lattes we get chatting.

M: In Delhi BJP Opponents still spinning the Rafalle Deal..

F: I met a Defence Equipment Expert  and he said.... Opposition  stupidly saying that Reliance will pocket the entire Contract Ammount... first and foremost Deal still not finalised...

M: The workscope is considerable...and I'm sure Reliance will give Performance  and other Guarantees to Dassault and back to back Dassault has to give Guarantees to India...

F: In fact this Gentleman was of the opnion... if Reliance Offer is on the table its because of its 'to the bone' pricing...

M: Two ex NDA Ministers who were in Vajpayee's Cabinet and have missed the Bus this time have now joined the Rafalle Deal Critics....

F: Later in the year the CAG Report will itself answer all their questions.... till then BJP will not respond  to their wild allegations...

M: In fact in their desperation to evince a response I expect  the allegations to get wilder...

F: Madya Pradesh seems to be in BJP's firm grip....recent survey gives BJP 160 and Congress 65...

M: Seems Shivraj is still very popular...

F: This Maratha agitation is just an attempt to show their nuisance value...

M: Bandhs are bad for Mumbai.....but I have another worry .......as Sena gets more and more frustrated electorally it'll create more strife and could dent Mumbai's Financial Capital status... hope you remember what Commies did to Calcutta  ...

F: RaGa has said BJP and RSS are Male Parties and do not encourage women ... he promised 50% representaion to Women when Congress comes to power. 

M: 6 Cabinet Ministers... 2 very crucial Ministries... Defence and External Affairs... LS Speaker is a Woman......doesn't he know all this..... . and by the way he just reconstituted AICC and gave just 11% representation to Women....lower if you don't consider his Mom..

F: And as for Congress coming to power... recall a Hindi proverb...something about Radha dancing..

M: Na nau mann tel hogaa na Radha naach gi.... na inn ko 60 seats se zyaada mille gi aur na ye Sarkaar banaa sakke ge..
