Who is V George of Rahul Gandhi ?

A Former 1981 batch IAS officer of Andhra Pradesh cadre Kopulla Raju is said to be V George of Rahul Gandhi. He operates from the Congress president’s 12 Tughlaq Lane residence.

Rally against Vasundhara Raje in Jhalawar

BJP workers led by Pramod Sharma took out a bike rally with placards that read "Vasundhra, go back" and "Vasundhra, quit Jhalawar" on the anniversary of the Quit India Movement on August 9. Incidentally, Jhalawar is the constituency of Rajasthan Chief Minister.

F: RaGaitis spreading like wildfire in Congress and its supporters....Jakhar an MP says he can manufacture Rafalles and to show he can do it.... he brought a Paper Plane to Parliament .... shows they know nothing about Rafalle...

M: And then you have a young Lady who gained notoriety for her comment...War killed my Dad ...Pakistan did not....now she says if she becomes PM she'll first solve the Kashmir issue..

F: She's part of the Azaadi Gang so her solution will find favor with Pakistan and Zealots in the Valley...

M: That's not solving...its surrendering...

F: RaGa is back at it again.... after his brainwaves of connecting MRI machines.... and turning Shikanji Sellers into Tycoons...now...a State Government is distributing 5 lac Cell Phones to Students... Women and BPL Familes... RaGa asked why the Government was not buying these Cell Phones from BHEL..

M: I doubt he knows the full form of BHEL...tomorrow he'll say ONGC sells Cooking Oil...AI markets Oxygen Cylinders...NTPC is into making Thermal Pads...

F: Kuch bhi boll detta hai... he feels we forget fast...

M: One of his Advisor's or you can say Monitor's said... India's FE reserves have fallen to seven month low in August 2018... ...he forgets that FE reserves touched highest level in April 2018....

F: Seems he's oblivious that RBI has to sometimes buy and sometimes sell $ to meet its Monetary Policy targets...FE is a Reserve and a tool too... despite the adjustment still Reserves much higher than what UPA left India with...

M: And don't forget this Government has repaid Rockstar Raghuram's Bonds and the hefty Iran Oil Bill that UPA left this Government saddled with..

F: Modi made some comment in RS which the Speaker expunged.... its was just a passing remark after a 'tense electoral battle'... I think the Speaker expunged it more out of compulsion to let the House function and transact business...

M: Modi's sense of respect can be seen from this example.... Modi went to pay his respects ... before approaching Karuna's Casket he removed his shoes... and met Karuna's family with genuine grief...

F: And remember Karuna and his clan have been one of Modi's bitterest critics....

M: Unlike RaGa whose Party are in Alliance with DMK....he was seen smiling when he went to the Hospital to see Karuna and also at the Funeral...

F: RaGa copies condolence messages from his Mobile... they should send him WhatsApp Alerts... look serious...don't smile.... bow your head solemnly.... show concern..shake hand warmly....don't shuffle about...

We have a good laugh and my Friend sees me off at the door.

Have the bureaucrats become slaves of their political masters for petty gains ?

An MP cadre senior IAS officer has recently created a hornet’s nest among bureaucrats by publicly criticising the civil servants saying that they have let their spine rot and say only what their masters want to hear for the sake of few ‘privileges’. What the civil servants across the nation think about the above charge on bureaucrats.

IEC- Bridging Govt to People communication effectively

Information Education & Communication (IEC) is a platform to create grass-roots level awareness in different Government Departments by using local language and dialect.

IEC is the most important tool to target the audience for various welfare campaigns as well as guage behavioural changes in the masses.

IEC acts as connect between Government and grass roots level people and it is most useful in Health , Agriculture, Road Safety , Transport & Panchayat Raj as well as Rural development.

Social Welfare and both State flagship programs and Central government schemes impact on vote bank as 70 per cent of the population of country stays in rural belt . It is the most important tool in the democracy and influences the vote bank for better choice and better selection of government.

IEC influences the community , groups etc besides increasing knowledge and ensures feedback mechanism apart from facilitating interaction and facilitating a two-way dimensional medium with human element .

Being inexpensive, all media platforms-- be it Outdoor , Electronic are under one umbrella using cost effective mobile vans with artists ( Kalajatha Cultural Procession ) which reaches homes and engages people with spontaneous response.

IEC can be more popularly used in ‘Swachch Bharat Abhiyan' (Gramin) for Open Defecation Free (ODF) campaign and project sustainability.

IEC can also help with total sanitation campaign besides road safety by spreading awareness on dangers of drunken driving , not using seat belt and rash driving etc .

The IEC platform can generate information on Labour group insurances , health programs for Below Poverty Line (BPL) families as well as Above Poverty Line (APL) families, Agriculture Capacity Building, Social Welfare Utilization of schemes , Scholarships and Mid Day meal schemes etc .

As regards the 'Swachch Bharat Abhiyan' ( Urban ) , the significance of IEC comes in helping to generate awareness about own flagship programs of State Governments and Central Government mainly that of Hon. Prime Minster’s welfare schemes .

The other opportunity is creating employment for local artists in each and every State .

The IEC Kalajatha mobile vans with artists can make the audience to root the matter in entertainment by Nukkad Natak and Puppet shows with interaction and feedback .One more advantage is this creates huge number of employment of artists across the country as our concept is mobile van with artists and even for drivers and technicians.
