I'm still in the cool and misty climes of Shimla ...I meet my Respected Friend.. Retired Senior Bureaucrat.... at his home and we sit literally amongst the clouds on his Balcony and over Coffee and Muffins we get chatting.

Respected Friend: Heard Modi's speech to CAs... gave them a reality check on their responsibilites ...he literally audited them ... see he's very gutsy and has his hands on the People's ...that is why he's taken tough decisions ...his predecessors would not have dared to take...Demo... GST... admonished Cow Vigilantes twice...the address to CAs..

Me: Yup... I Gandhi ... Rajiv ... MMS would have never admonished the Muslims ...their Holy Cows..he told the CAs about the data mining that's that 3 lac + Companies data mining is on..

RF: No wonders Opposition and Lootens Media so desperate that Government releases Demo effects info.. fact is RBI is physically counting the currency deposited ...checking for counterfeit currency ...and then data mining is on ...so by the end of this year the Government would be able to give precise info on Demo....Opposition and Lootens Media want Government to come under pressure and release uncomplete figures ...which would be guess work..

RF: Government gave enough time ...but some still thinking ...like it used to take place during Congress says.. ..this Government would give more time ...keep postponing..fact is Constitutional obligations did not allow any extension...and this Government is not the ...aaj ka kaam mall karro kall ka kaam parso... humm ne Raaj Karna hai barso...

M: Sir I have an idea... WhatsApp has penetrated very deeply into India Society... why can't this Medium be used for those with annual sales below ..say 2 CR...the Department would allocate Mobile Numbers and Mobiles to Posts in the Department  ...not individuals..so that Data is on record when when a Officer is transferred and the New Officer takes over ...new Officer will get the Mobile ... Assessees can take pics of their Sales and Purchase Invoices and WhatsApp these to the GST Officer who assesses their case ...and who will do the needful at his or her end..

RF: And there would be total privacy ...the Inspectors could update Assessees and even send 'info copy' of Notices via WhatsApp ...

M: Digital application...

RF: I hear RaGa is back ..  seems preponed his return .....at first it was being said he'd be back in a week..

M: So he skipped a crucial test ....even in school we used to use Grandma sick excuse to skip classes and exams ...
