Did Amit Shah recommend Alok Verma’s name ?

Top circles  say that there were so many condenders for the post of CBI chief but name of Alok Verma was recommended by the BJP President Amit Shah. The question is who introduced Alok Verma to  Shah  and  arranged meeting  between the two.

Radical changes to come if Modi returns as PM !

The buzz around is that the country would see radical changes if Narendra Modi is repeated as PM after the next general elections.

Koun Chor aur Koun Chowkidaar

Enjoying my morning Cuppa at my favourite Connaught Place Cafe... the retired Sleuth I had a talk with yesterday drops in again today and joins me at my table. He orders his Coffee and we get chatting.

Retired Slueth: A Tabloid has spelt out the files on the CBI Director's Table at the end of the working day prior to his being sent on leave at midnight... this is worrying... how can a Tabloid be aware of movement of Files in CBI....

Me: This should  be thoroughly investigated.... such leaks jepordize the working of a Body that's supposed  to be abs secretive!!

RS: This Rafalle matter is just a red herring... CBI receives thousands and thousands of complaints... yes had CAG red Flagged  Rafalle ..or Court had raised Questions .....or Government asked it to investigate....then CBI would have taken up the matter.. its just a fight between two IAS Lobbies..

M: The trigger was the raid within CBI.... then Government felt this animosity was being taken too far...the Media who knows which file is where would have known if the CBI Director was asking for Rafalle papers...did any Darbaari mention this before Verma was sent on leave....

no..... this is an afterthought theory......after CBI #1 and #2  were sent on leave!!

RS: Now the hype has started.... stories that Verma was planning to raid PMO....though I've heard Verma has an axe to grind with two Senior Officials in PMO... all this is just a spat gone bad...

M: Durbaris are spinning story after story...

RS: Yes ...  and this incident of Verma's PSOs taking into custody two Men who they say were keeping a watch on Verma's home is also being spun...but one must not forget Verma is not above Surveillance....after the games he's been up to its only but natural he'll be under surveillance!!

M: One Durbari stupidly compared this to Rajiv being spied upon .....and Rajiv felt it was being done at the behest of Chandrashekar Government... and the Government fell as Congress withdrew support....

RS: Verma is not Rajiv for sure.... CVC will investigate and further action based on investigationa....and Government logic is right... how can the Director CBI take personal animosity to such a level that it not only hampers the working of CBI but mars CBI's reputation...

RS: I hear Asthana was very close to submitting Report on who in CBI was helping Mallya.... and wanted to proceed against some UPA Scamsters... seems someone did not want him to proceed...

M: So now what...

RS: CVC will look into the matter... if CVC's Report is negative Government will have to move to remove either or both....if Report clears them then they rejoin.... in the meantime CBI has an Interim Director....

M: RaGa continues with his Chowkidar and Chor diatribe..

RS: Jaisi sochch waisi bolli...and don't forget he's out on Bail himself...

M: But he's really overdoing the Chowkidar Chor...

RS: His handlers find it easy to make him repeat content ..... like  wherever he goes he says ... we will set up a Mobile manufacturing Unit....

M: Not much of training required for repetitive content...

RS: Must be a tedious job to prepare him for a speech ...

M: Just got this... a PIL Specialist  has got his NGO to file a PlL against Verma being sent on leave and on his replacement..

RS: The same PIL Specialist had objected to Verma's appointment...  called him a Corrupt Tool Modi would use to fix oponents... and now he's after the new appointee...why him even Kharge LOP had objected to Verma as CBI Head and today siding with him..

M: I think PIL Specialist will only be satisfied if he himself is appointed CBI Director..

RS:  Seeing his mindset... appointed RAW... IB...ED..... CBDT... Chief too...

M: Why not sabh ke footmark in Haathi ka footmark.... why not PM..

RS: He had ambitions and even funded a Party... but then got thrown out...because the Owner of that Party was a bigger Egoist than him....

M: I think PIL Specialist's funda is.... Nation...... of himself... by himself.....for himself....
