Me: So Court has asked GOI to submit  Rafalle price in a sealed Envelope..

Respected Friend: Government can decline .... say in case Court wants price it should get a NOC from Dassault as GOI is obliged to honour Contractual  provisions and cannot ask Dassault to bend any provisions of the Contract as then tomorrow Dassault will also ask for bending of certain provisions of the Contract... in simple terminology... why open door to this bending of Contractual  provisions...

M: CAG will soon submit its Report aur dodh ka dhoodh pani ka pani ho jaye ga...

RF: The hurry of the Court is surprising....no time for RJB ....or Sabrimala... but all the time for Rafalle...

M: No wonders Congis show-off....what Congress wants Congress gets....

RF: Now see the tricks Durbaaris play.... a Darbaari interviewed CEO of Dassault.... the article put out is not a transcript of the Interview but a  narration cum deciphering by the Darbaari...so its not what Dassault CEO said but what the Darbaari deciphered!

M: To me it looks..... the feeling of The ex Raaj is... how dare Modi decide when we could not.....

RF: On why Order was reduced from 126 to 36... just send St. Antony's byte.... he said in early 2014.... cannot buy Rafalles as there is no money... on Offsetting ask Court to talk to Dassault.... because all that GOI got/will get is names of the Offset Partners....no info on when...... how.......why..... Partners were selected...

M: If Dassault refuses ...our Court in a pathbreaking move could contact Italian Supreme Court and request..... in the spirit of Judicial Cooperation ....the Italian Court orders Dassault to do the needful...though I'm sure then Italian Court would also have a list of requests ...

RF: Believe me in the Defence Industry those  who did not have any interest in the Rafalle Order are having a good laugh and saying... That's India for you....

RF: I think BJP is prepared  for RBI Guv's exit.....the feeling is on issues where Government wants RBI to be conservative RBI is Liberal .... and where Government wants RBI to be Liberal RBI is Conservative..

M: Ours is a Socio-Capitalist Economy.... problem is ...present RBI Economists follow a Capitalist model..... no subsidy.... hard-nosed on loans....Congress was lucky ... it got Guvs who understood the Socialist compulsions  of GOI..maybe 'birds of a feather' phenomena...

RF: Central Bank Governors are usually at odds with Governments....all Governments have political promises to fulfill...and all Guvs are fixated on Micro and Macro Data...

M: I'm sure had Greenspan been the FED Boss now.. by now he and Trump would have been at each  other's  throats..

RF:  Congress and its Durbaaris now crying about the cost of the Statue of Unity....3000 crores... if you calculate the land cost of Nehru's Memorial...and his and other  family Members Samaadhis... its a staggering 12000 crores...8000 crores just for Nehru's Memorial..

M: We even have a Samaadhi for Sanjay Gandhi who was an MP for six months... he didn't  even qualify for MP Pension if I'm not wrong...

M: I hear RaGa calls his Elders in the Party with their first names..

RF: Arre for us its something disrespectful...but for RaGa its being informal  and for Congis.... see we are on first name basis with RaGa..

M: Don't these people have any self respect...

RF: When they see what informality gets them... they think self respect ka kya karre ..... aachaar daale...
