M: It would be Double Jeopardy if Michel was convicted in Augusta Deal in Italy and then deported to India and convicted here too... 
RF: I'd term the Italian Court Verdict as 'incomplete'...as it was based on incomplete evidence... now CBI will question Michel to join the links.....and present the entire 'chain' to the Court here....
M: The Family must be worried...then the next fib by Darbaris is ... why not deport Mallya... Nirav... Mehul.... why only Michel..
RF: Tell them to send these 3 to Dubai...and by the way Mallya already nervously Tweeting he's ready to pay the Principal ammount..

M: Could also be some ploy...
RF: I just have one big worry... hope Michel is not harmed here... because if he is ......then this would only dent all the fugitive deportation cases India is fighting...Courts in other Countries would agree Indian jails are unsafe..

RF: Coming to Mallya's White Flag waving via his Tweets...  I expect his PRO Outfit to get Durbaris to start tweeting .....penning articles... debating on TV... that Government should accept his Offer... take the money... and let him off..
M: And  Mallya has the  gall to say his Companies paid crores in excise and taxes.... so does he want a set-off from what he owes Banks.....stupid!!!
RF: And he makes his defaulting look  so simple...because of high ATF prices he says ...King of Good Times....made a King size blunder by getting into a business 'unsuited for King size egos and mindsets'!!
M: Modi's being pretty emphatic... he has said.....that in National Herald case Gandhis will face the music... now that Court has allowed their Tax Assessment  case to be re-opened....and also said PC will go to Jail...
RF: Could be a road map of what Government envisages... of course subject to Court's views....
M: Yes... many find it really odd that PC's got 7 Bail extensions ..... he seems to be untouchable!! Why his son Karti even got bail at midnight!!
RF: To be fair to Courts... Courts pass Judgements on what's presented in Court... could be PC got help from within the Government...who knows!!!
M: Yes those who don't like Modi's Code of Ethics and working code..must be in a  helpful state of mind towards those opposing Modi...
RF: Mummy had a silent Puppet.... MMS..... son has a noisy Puppet... Sidhu..
