Will Cong offer dy. chief-ministership to young turks in MP and Rajasthan ?

The buzz around is that to pacify the young turks in both Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, the Congress leadership has the option to offer them the post of Deputy Chief Minister asking them to gain experience and prepare themselves for the key role when their party forms the government in their respective states next time.

My friend who works for a Political Think Tank drops in...  over Lattes and  Homemade Cookies we get chatting.

Friend: For BJP supporters  who must have said.... humaare ek vote se kya hogaa.. if BJP got 4337 votes more it would have won 7 seats that it lost in MP...
Me: Now Darbaari knives out... attacking Amit Shah... saying he's lost credibility!!
F: Expected.... no General will go unto a Battle saying 'we will lose'!! I'm sure Amit knew the uphill battle BJP was fighting in Chattisgarh and Rajasthan..
M: Problem is BJP refuses to realise... take hard decisions... but also apply balm...Demo and GST... good steps for Nation... but what about some balm for those who actually bore the brunt of these two steps..
F: The honest tax payer.....middle  class.....Farmers...... SMEs ......who happily stood in line to get currency notes exchanged.... GST was not painless...it definitely caused pain initially.. and compliance costs money...which burns a hole in pockets of small Traders..SMEs....
M: I'd say now for  next 5 months Modi should stop being a Statesman and become a Politician.... who puts the Voter first.... Country ke liye bahut karr diya..
F: Make or break five months..... Jaitley is a able...honest FM... but now Modi should ask him .... we'll now look at balancing the books in our next term..
M: Now Darbaris question the qualification of the new RBI Guv.... they need to read his Resume.... 
F: And on RBI Guvs being removed openly or tacitly.... Darbaaris need to remember Rajiv Gandhi removed MMS as Guv of RBI in 2 years 4 months....term was for 3 years...he did not complete his term... and then removed the MMS's replacement  in 20 days....
M: Of the 25 RBI Guvs only 7 were Economists ... rest all were Bureaucrats... so what's all the hullabaloo about...
F: Hear RaGa has retracted from his Loan Waiver promise.... and must have now learnt what the 10000 dole for the unemployed will cost State...... 80,000 crores....must be in a quandary..
M: Arre first let him appoint  the CMs.. a friend once told me in Congress there is a bidding process... say if a Leader clinches the CM post at 30,000 crores... if he or she has to demit Office prior to expiry of term.... 30,000 crores ÷ 60 months ....500 crores... so 500 multiplied by months in power.... cannot claim Force Majeure...
F: Ha ha.... can't put anything beyond Congress...if bidding is the process for selection then the older Leaders will win...but if RaGa wants Governments to really work he'd appoint younger Leaders... Congress Oldies cannot think straight... jalebi mindset ingrained in them......and then one  of the Oldies has a very serious charge against him...
M: A MP from Karnataka has tweeted... he's thankful that Congress won..... because otherwise Karnataka was bearing the brunt of funding Congress....
F: I know who you are talking about... read his tweet too....yes because Amrinder must have declared Punjab 'bimaroo' for funding Congress..
M: Coming back to Loan Waiver now Darbaris pressed into action to try to credit  RaGa if Modi gives a Farm Loan waiver...
F: Hope it's not like Karnataka's loan waiver.....40000 crore loans loan waiver..... 800 Farmers loans waived.... must be all Netas....National Loan waiver will cost 4 lac crores.....link it to solar... efficient water management.....Crop insurance..... after all some day this free power will have to stop...

M: No... I feel give it now.... and in next Avtar... promulgate these measures....yes some binding clause can be inserted in current loan waiver ...
F: Congress takes good care of those who stick their necks out for Congress....whereas BJP doesn't..... you can go on and on and they won't even acknowledge you  ...too self centred... down the line this does not bode well for BJP....
M: Would you like to give a Disclaimer with this... 
F: Ha ha ha ha....guilty as accused....I don't expect free lunches and  don't like giving free lunches... but efforts  acknowledged or not I'm 'wedded' to Modi waali BJP...

M: Jokes doing rounds is ...Congress demands Achche dinn.....what better achche dinn can they expect when taking cognizance of  their boast... RaGa won 3 States.... even RaGa can win 3 States.....RaGa has renamed Chattisgarh as Pichatheesgarh....and now AAP trying to form an Alliance with NOTA.....

We have a good laugh and I see my friend off at the door...
