Me: What's this 'was' and 'is' issue in the SC's Order and the Affidavit Government submitted...

.. SC's Order was akin to... Food was served and was eaten by 100 guests.... thus confirming Food was served and was partaken by 100 Guests...  Government's Affidavit...Food was served and is eaten by 100 Guests....which means Food was served but no confirmation if 100 guests partook ....could  be more or less....means usually 100 guests eat...former us sure and latter is premise...
M: So what Government's Affidavit said.... Prices shared with CAG and CAG report is shared with PAC....what Court Order said.... Figures  shared with CAG and CAG Report shared with PAC....Government's affidavit makes known the process...
RF: So RaGa making a hullabaloo...because he knows CAG Report is not ready....but Court Order...makes it seem Report ready and shared with PAC... if Report was ready and Court wanted  to rely on CAG Report... Court would have Ordered CAG to submit Report under Oath to Court... at least  this is what my 40 years experience as a Bureaucrat says...
M: In fact Congress must be waiting anxiously for CAG Report  .....they will manage to get an advance Copy.... I am sure...!!! 
RF: Despite this oddity  if Rahul's Minders had read the full Judgement they'd accept they have no case. Court Order says.....'We have examined closely the price details and comparison of the prices of the basic aircraft along with escalation costs as under the original RFP as well as under the IGA. We have also gone through the explanatory note on the costing, item wise. Suffice it to say that as per the price details, the official respondents claim there is a commercial advantage in the purchase of 36 Rafale aircraft. The official respondents have claimed that there are certain better terms in IGA qua the maintenance and weapon package.'
M:  So what the Supreme Court says is that it has scrutinised the Request For Proposal (RFP) documents of the UPA government and the IGA signed by the Modi Government and SC agrees with the official's contention that the country stands to commercially gain from the deal. The Judges also say that it is not their job to carry out a comparison of the pricing details and caution: “We say no more as the material has to be kept in a confidential domain.” 
RF: And as for HAL.... LOP who heads the PAC on Defence... had castigated HAL for delays....and a year prior  to shortlising Rafalle UPA Government  had itself said HAL in no position to take new Orders...
M: Next I expect RaGa to use Congress Dirty Tricks Department ...to conjure a couple of pics of Modi and Anil Ambani....like they did with Adani.... Modi sitting  with Adani in a Private Jet.... very amateurish attempt.... was easy to make out Modi was planted in  the pic..
RF: He will do it...the Congress Eco System .....which includes Durbaris....NGOs..... Liberal Lobby..... will help out... to spread the pic...like now how the helped to spread... Chowkidar Chor hai...
