Has Mamta declared war against Central Government ?

The West Bengal developments indicate that Mamta Banerjee has in a way declared war against the Central Government. And now the Centre may use power under Section 121 of the IPC against Mamta Banerjee. It is a non-bailable offence.

Will there be Presidents rule in West Bengal ?

The Centre has asked a report from the West Bengal Governor which may be treated as its preparation for President’s rule.
