Another Army action soon ?

Another Army action  against Pakistan  is likely soon. There was no confusion ever that every terror strike be met with a retaliation. But while the question in the past was should we or should we not, now under Modi regime it is when where and how.

Defence Secretary’s absence  in  CCS ?

Cabinet Committee on Security at the Prime Minister’s residence at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg was attended by Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval ,Foreign Secretary Vijay Gokhle, Principal Secretary to the PM Nripendra Mishra, Additional Principal Secretary to the  PM P K Mishra, Cabinet Secretary P K Sinha  and Home Secretary Rajiv Gauba. Incidentally,  Defence Secretary Sanjay Mitra was conspicuous by his absence.
